Descriptive Features:

  • head capsule relatively broad
  • a pair of small ventral sclerites adjacent to occipital margin of head capsule
  • pronotum strongly narrowing to posterior
  • prosternum without sclerites
  • foreleg with femur broad, without chela, but with broad field of short spines along and adjacent to much of ventral margin, tarsal claw very long, at least 2X combined length of tibia and tarsus, with apex slightly spatulate
  • fore trochanter not reaching midlength of ventral margin of femur
  • mid- and hindlegs with tarsi long, slender
  • tergum of abdominal segment 9 with sclerotization reduced to pair of very thin transverse flecks, 1 each side of midline at base of setal row
  • abdominal proleg with lateral sclerite bearing long ventral seta in apical half, anal claw without basal spine.
