Descriptive Features:

  • body elongate, slender
  • head capsule sub-rectangular
  • eyes absent
  • pair of small ventral sclerites adjacent to occipital margin of head capsule
  • prosternum with pair of subrectangular sclerites, orientated longitudinally, located towards lateral margins
  • foreleg with femur broadened apically, without chela, apicoventral spines relatively short, combined length of tibia, tarsus and tarsal claw about equal to femur length, tarsal claw a little longer than combined length of tibia and tarsus
  • fore trochanter only reaching about half distance along ventral margin of femur
  • abdominal proleg with lateral sclerite bearing a long ventral seta in apical third
  • anal claw without basal spine
