Descriptive Features:

  • labial palps with 8-10 dentations, with at least 1 long seta on each
  • 8-9 palpal setae
  • 12-14 pairs of premental setae
  • abdomen with mid-dorsal hooks or spines on segments 2 or 3 to 9 or 10
  • lateral spines on segments 8 and 9, spines on 8 about ½ middorsal length, spines on 9 about equal to mid-dorsal length
  • segment 10 sunken into segment 9
  • Total length: 17 - 18 mm
