MDFRC are sub-contracting to Earth Tech Engineering Pty Ltd for this project.
This project will develop a methodology to identify broad scale changes that may have occurred in response to works designed to achieve the "management objectives" since the adoption of the 1999 Mitta Mitta River (Downstream of Dartmouth Dam) Waterway Management Strategy.
Tasks to be undertaken are:
- Determination of parameters (possibly riparian vegetation, instream ecology, dtream stability and water quality).
- Literature Review.
- Review of the sites.
- Collection of existing data.
- Review of existing data.
- Review of on-ground works (field validation at 20 sites).
- Correlations between data and works.
